picture. Please read the rules below before posting.
RULES
- No
Illegal Content Will Be Permitted!
This includes
CP, Rape, Violence, Beastiality, Hate, Underaged or questionable content.
First the images will be removed. Repeat violators will have their accounts
removed and will be banned.
- All
images submitted for posting must be pulled from the same domain name
location the image will link to. This
is to prevent the hot-linking of stolen images and provide the ability
to track images (i.e. inappropriate content) to the site being promoted.
If you are marketing a sponsor link, visit our TIPS section below to
make the most of your marketing efforts.
- We
will NOT accept links containing " ? " or " = ".

- All
submitted content must be licensed and legal images. Images
that are copywritten and used without permission will be removed without
notice.
- Picture
submission are limited to 60K in size and 500 (width) by 750 (height)
for the convenience of our lower bandwith surfers and to keep your hosting
bills down. Images that are too large will be deactivated without notice.
- Post
to the correct category.
Pictures posted to the wrong category will be removed/deleted.
- The
use of list bots, consoles, and spam to promote refered traffic to RateXPics.com
is strictly prohibited. Your account will be removed and
banned permanently.
- Links
with more than one popup or exit window will be inactivated.
- You
may not post more than 25 pictures. If you have more than
25 picture active in the system, the oldes posted will become inactive
or be removed by the system or administrators. Repeat violators will
have their account deactivated.
SUBMISSION TIPS
- Many free-hosts
will not let you hotlink a picture. Make sure you can do it before you
try.
- Pics larger than
500 pixels wide will scroll right in 800x600 and will be inactivated.
- You must use the
whole URL to your image to get the picture to appear.
- If you do not have
an active pic in the system, your link won't qualify for the toplist.
- If you wish to
push traffic to a sponsor program URL you can designate a page on your
server that either redirects or contains the sponsor page in a frameset.
ABOUT THE TOP LIST
The toplist is on the
left of the main page. Once you create an account and submit your first
pic, add a link back to RateXPics.com using the reciprocal link code provided
in your account administration area under the heading View TopList

count! Banners can be found here. Links
with more than two popup or exit windows will not be listed.
